Is said person actually the Gossip Girl or has she just taken over reigns?

it would explain why she knew everything that was going on in NYC… she really could’ve been GG from afar because she feeds on blasts

nah i don’t think so, it doesn’t make sense seeing as she was away many times etc. the real charlie rhodes probably is.
