Ever noticed that Smallville’s episodes 4x12 Pariah and 6x05 Reunion are somewhat mirror episodes?
Both times Lana winds up in the hospital after being attacked by an invisible meteor freak. Both times Clark tries to visit her and is told by her boyfriend to p*ss off (while Lois is in the hospital halls)
And in the end Lois is asked about her opinion on keeping secrets. And yet, depending on the one asking, she gives totally different answers.
